Structural Details and Working Principle:
The jaw crusher mainly consists of: fixed jaw plates, movable jaw plates, frame, upper and lower guard plates, adjustment seat, and moving jaw pull rods, etc. A good understanding of the internal structure of the jaw crusher can provide great assistance during its use and when problems occur. The crushing method of the Mett Heavy Industry jaw crusher is a reciprocating compression type, mainly converting large stones into small stones. During operation, the motor drives the belt and pulley, and through the eccentric shaft, the moving jaw moves up and down. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, thereby pushing the moving jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate, while at the same time, the material is crushed or split, achieving the crushing purpose.
The material is crushed through multiple processes such as squeezing, rubbing, and grinding between the two jaw plates. The crushed material is discharged freely through the discharge port at the bottom of the jaw cavity under the action of gravity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw performs periodic crushing and discharging, achieving batch production.
