VIBRATING FEEDER

Structural details and Working Principle:

The vibrating feeder is mainly composed of lifting rings, rear spring seats, rib plates, bottom lining plates, discharge ends, vibrators, grates and other components. The design is reasonable, with few vulnerable parts, low failure rate of the whole machine, and strong processing ability.
The electric motor drives the eccentric block of the exciter to rotate at high speed through a V-belt. The eccentric block in operation generates a large centrifugal force, which excites the box to produce circular motion with a certain amplitude. The material on the screen is subjected to continuous throwing motion by the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface. During the process of meeting the material with the screen surface, particles smaller than the screen hole are passed through the screen, thereby achieving classification.
