The frame of the heavy hammer crusher is a three part structure, and only the rear shell of the crusher needs to be opened to replace the plate hammer, crushing plate, lining plate and other maintenance operations. Structural details and Working Principle:
The structure of a heavy hammer crusher is simple, usually consisting of a casing, rotor, grate, striking plate, rolling bearings, main shaft, hammer frame, hammer pin shaft, hammer head, clamping hammer disc, flywheel and other components.
The stone material falls directly into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it produces high-speed impact and high-density crushing.
