 The heavy hammer crusher is based on the original hammer crusher, with an increased feeding space. It directly crushes materials with a side length of 450-1400 millimeters into powder like ore with a particle size of 120mm, without clogging or jamming. It can also be used as a secondary crusher. The frame of the heavy hammer crusher is a three part structure, and only the rear shell of the crusher needs to be opened to replace the plate hammer, crushing plate, lining plate and other maintenance operations. The interchangeability of heavy hammer crusher components is strong, with a small variety of vulnerable parts, making it easy to purchase and manage spare parts.

Structural details and Working Principle:
The structure of a heavy hammer crusher is simple, usually consisting of a casing, rotor, grate, striking plate, rolling bearings, main shaft, hammer frame, hammer pin shaft, hammer head, clamping hammer disc, flywheel and other components.
The stone material falls directly into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it produces high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After hitting each other, the stone material will form vortex motion between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple impacts, friction, and powder crushing until it is crushed into the required particle size.
